So many systems claim to be ‘easy to use’,so why does this so regularly result in you feeling less than adept at using them?
The simple answer: They are often based around a complicated user interface, rather than something that everyone is familiar with, Email. Everyone knows how to send an email and they all look and work in a similar fashion. Invoice Clarity has been designed in a way that once you become familiar with one tab, then they all work in the same consistent and logical way. For example, once you have completed the basic set up procedure*, creating and sending an invoice is similar to that of a quotation. All your billing can be saved in a similar way to emails, in the form of a draft.
We will also automatically create you some test invoices to help find your way around initially.
We have built the software using AJAX - this gives you the very fasted system, and best user experience.
Most of us are not trained accountants and don't understand 'accountant speak' so we have have based our design around two basic principles:
