Create and send quotation to client via email.
Client can login and view quotation.
Client can have dialogue with you about quotation perhaps they have decided they no longer what an item.
The quotation can be reissued and accepted by the client.
You are informed that the client has accepted and can continue with the work.
Once work is completed convert quotation into an invoice for payment.
